That’s something I’ve been thinking about all day. The Pros and Cons of the job.
Pros: A guaranteed job, a lot more money, more experience, something slightly different.
Cons: Far away (North London, takes me 2 1/2 hours each way), more travel expenses, ex-workmates.
So yeah, that’s the pros and cons. I think my main problem is that it’s so far away. I’ve looked at the tube and the most sensible way of getting there. I could go to London Waterloo and directly take the Northern Line or go to Paddington and change several times. And then there’s the option to go to London Paddington and change 2 or 3 times. It just wouldn’t be as much of a problem IF the trains/tube would abtually be on time, but I can’t really see that happening. Meh, it’s just more on top.
So that has been the big question of the day and I’m none the wiser. Hmmm.
Otherwise it all feels really strange. I can’t believe how early it gets dark these days. It feels like winter, but it isn’t… I don’t know for some I reason I feel like nothing is going the way it’s meant to go and I’ve felt like I’m inside a big glass bubble all day. I reckon I need more vitamins and generally some different food (and not all the bread I had in the last few weeks). :) And it probably doesn’t help that I’ve had a really bad headache all day….
Phoebe was outside for the first time today! :) After she tried getting outside for days now, I just opened my window and she jumped happily on the roof of the living room extension. Now I just need to figure out a way to ‘build’ something that allows her to get into the garden and back up. Basically underneath my window there is the roof of the extension, on the side a 2 metre fence and then from the top of the fence it’s maybe another metre up until the roof. She’ll need to be able to get up and down. Any suggestions?
That’s about it really.
Good night. :)
