My housemate received a warning of pending court proceedings for speeding today. Turns out he was going 35 mph in a 30mph zone.
Speeding at 35mph? Seriously, what is this world coming to? ;)

Bad timing for speeding notices.They should remove all the speed limits close to this season.
It is silly though. The limit is 30mph and he was going 35mph. As far as I know there is an ‘allowance’ of going 10% over the limit which would mean that they gave him a ticket for 2mph too fast?
