So I’ve been playing quite a bit of Oblivion lately. I do not have the Shivering Isles content yet, but I’ve been working towards completing the rest of the game 100% with the exception of the ‘Thieves Guild’ missions of course.
I have finally completed the Fighters Guild quests and am now the leader of the Guild [there are no spoilers in this post btw]. One of the last quests is to talk to an individual in the game and convince him to leave retirement.
The character agrees, however also replies:
“I was just getting used to being retired. You can see how good my painting is getting.”
The painting he is referencing is visible at the end of the hut:
If that is an improvement, I don’t think I’d want to see his earlier works. ;)
