Akismet currently thinks that my comments are spam. This occurs on other wordpress.com blogs and even my own!
May I ask that everyone who I normally comment on regularly checks their Akismet spam to see if any of my comments ended up in there and then consequently de-spam me. Thank you.
I have contacted support, but not received an answer yet.
I still think that Akismet is great and the amount of spam it catches alone on my blog is amazing.

Ate too many Spam Kebabs? :P Perhaps WordPress might be intent on getting rid of the numerous cats on wordpress because of pressure from PETA. :P [Okay bad joke]
At least you can comment on my blog, all you have to do is know a bit of maths… but then again, I never saw a Cat smart enough to do simple additions! :P
And I’m wearing my scratch proof jacket… you can’t scratch me! :D
sometimes if a comment is short Akismet will consider it spam… someone used to leave me a “nice blog” and went into spam…

Thanks for the replies and hello walkingbetween. My comments were all longer, at least all the ones on my blog.
It’s not been fixed yet and I’m going to contact support in a bit.
I haven’t really commented much, been busy and didn’t want them to end up in Spam.
I am having the same problem. Though for me I have a couple sites that aren’t blocking me as spam. I think they have marked me as not. But one I talked with last night marked me as not spam and I am still going there.
