Talking about it, can someone explain to me why I can’t download films and just get errorcode 8007019c? It’s been like that for a week now..

Your error codes are probably due to the whole service just not working well right now. I have heard that pretty much every feature that could be broken has been broken this past week. :(
Yeah, I’m hoping it’ll be fixed soon. Otherwise I’ll have to ring up customer support to get the points back. After all it was about 400 points..

Well, I still can’t download that video. Been trying to for the last 10 days several times a day. Guess if it doesn’t work tomorrow I can look forward to my call to MS support.
I heard about that too and I don’t give it much hope.
I’m thinking along the lines of them giving a price reductions on all the XBLA games I have already or
a free month Live if you subscribe for another year [I'm letting this subscription run out, I've been too ill to play Live for months and have lost interest in it] or
some dubious promotion that involves signing up to three sites and you receive something in six months when you’ve forgotten about it again or
maybe it’s only for people who’ve just signed up as MS really doesn’t seem to like people who’ve had their 360 for longer than 1 1/2 years, but not since the beginning [I've been unlucky with anything they've previously offered with free XBLA games, etc].
Maybe I’m just very cynical, but I don’t see anything good happening with it.

I have had a few comments on my CoD4 posts commenting that xbox live & PS3 online are both playing up badly…seems to be an ongoing trend…
