And ticket is booked. Not for the same event though, but at least I’ll get to see him and it appears to be a smaller venue.

I know, I was very, very annoyed I couldn’t get there on time and that I wasted about five hours travelling alltogether for just a one hour journey each way and didn’t get anywhere. I guess the Royal Albert Hall will have to wait for me.

I discovered Einaudi about five years ago and have loved him since, his music is brilliant and I do recommend getting some of his albums. Particularly “Echos – The Einaudi Collection” which contains Le Onde and many others and “Una Mattina” which was released in 2005 or 2006. The other albums are great too, but those two stand out for me.

I haven’t yet bought a ticket for it, but I will do this weekend, prices start from £10, so at least it’s cheap!

No way, no way, no way!!! I was so excited for you as I read your post! It’s a concert I’d love to hear, and at the Royal Albert! Then I read your update, :(
On a positive note (heh) though, I am listening right now to Le Onde; it’s beautiful. I had not heard Einaudi before, so I appreciate the introduction.
I certainly hope you are actually able to get to that concert!
