To do list..

I have an incredibly bad memory, so bad that I need to write everything down. My laptop is usually covered with post-it notes, I use @rtm and Laterloop many times a day and I always tend to have a notepad open to quickly save links and snippets in. I star emails and RSS feeds that I want to read at a later time, although more often than not I forget to read the emails!

In addition I have to make shopping lists and ‘To do lists’ in order to remember things I need to get done on a daily basis. Of course there is always the long term plans. Earlier today I made a list of things that I am planning to do this year.

Whilst not revealing everything here as some things are obviously very personal, this is a selection of it and in no particular order:

  • Visit PAX.
  • Get a driving licence.
  • Finish writing at least one story/short story.
  • Get active in voluntary community work again.
  • Visit several friends I’ve not seen in forever [Spain, Manchester, Cornwall, Berkshire, Germany, Poland and Ireland].

Another thing that I’ve been thinking about lately is a return to studies. Yes, I’ve said before that I don’t like studying, but I think by completing the right degree combination I will open up many directions, especially considering I already have 4+ years game industry experience.

Something to mull over anyway, especially considering which country I’d want to go to..
