I have now been without any illnesses in three weeks. In fact it was exactly three weeks that I first noticed feeling better again. This makes a huge difference to before when I was ill all the time.
I still don’t know why I’m feeling better. My GP never got to the bottom of it and almost appeared to think I made it up in the later stages of it. On one hand I want to say this is related to my life finally settling down after months, but this really isn’t the case and I’m incredibly stressed both at work and outside of it.
Last weekend I spoke to a friend of mine about how difficult achieving the right balance in life is. The balance between work and free time and social life and personal time. I don’t think I’ve ever managed to have that balance and it tends to be too much of one of the above which I suppose is something I should be working on.
For now though: Healthy, yey!
